Say it with me now: Waffles, cream, berries, repeat! Waffles, cream berries, repeat! You’ll be chanting this too when you create our version of the absolute most delicious Double Chocolate Raspberry Parfait. And just like all of our recipes it’s super easy! This festive treat is perfect for this holiday season and we can ensure your guests will be singing Fa-la-la-la-la la-la-la-la.
Here’s what you’ll need (recipes serves 4):
- Clear glass cups, we used wine cups
- 4 Double Chocolate WaffleWaffles, toasted or defrosted
- Frozen Raspberries
- Raspberry Jam
- Cool Whip
- Maraschino Cherries
- Whipped Cream
Cut your waffles into small, bite-sized chunks.
Fill each cup with the waffle pieces (use about an eighth of the chunks). Next, mix together the frozen raspberries and raspberry jam for the ultimate raspberry experience!
Add this mix onto each layer of waffle. Place a generous dollop of cool whip on top the raspberry layer. Repeat these steps until the glass is completely full. For the last layer, replace the cool whip with a heaping amount of whipped cream. Top with extra fine waffle crumbs (if you have any left) and a maraschino cherry.
